Frequently asked questions
How do I book a HairSpa package?
Choose HairSpa Package A, B or C on the Shop page and check out securely online to reserve — we'll confirm your preferred time by phone or email. Prefer to ask first? Send us a note on the Contact page.
Can I buy your hair products online?
Yes. Our Jiang Li ginger hair-growth shampoo and conditioner are on the Shop page at $39.90 each, with delivery across Singapore.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through secure Stripe checkout. Your payment details are never stored on our site.
How long does a HairSpa session take?
Package A and B run around 60–75 minutes, and Package C is a little longer as it includes a cut. We'll let you know what to expect when we confirm your booking.
Where is your salon located?
We're at 53 Jalan Sultan #02-01, Singapore 198976. You'll find our opening hours and a map on the Contact page.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Just come as you are — dry or damp hair is fine, there's nothing to do beforehand. Do let us know of any scalp sensitivities or allergies when we confirm your booking.
Do you offer haircuts and colouring too?
Yes — beyond the HairSpa packages we offer haircuts, wash-blow-set, colouring and rebonding. Ask us on the Contact page and we'll recommend what suits your hair.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Plans change — we simply ask for at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the slot to someone else. Product orders can be amended before they ship.
